College Profile:

The College is situated on plot number 1998, Kalindawalo road in Kalongwezi residential   area of Chipata town In Eastern Province of Zambia.
The Acronym JUBEVA stands for Judith, Benson and Vailet. The college was started In March 2000.

 The College Motto   is work and Service.

 College Programmes

 The college trains Primary school Teachers.

From   2000 to 2013 the trainee teachers were recruited in order to pursue. A  Primary Teacher’s   certificate   Programme called the Zambia Teachers- Education Course (ZATEC) whose Examining Body is the Examinations council of Zambia (ECZ).
Beginning 2014 the Trainee teachers enrolled will pursue a Primary Teachers Diploma Programme under the university of    Zambia affiliation.

 College Undertaking

The college is there to supplement other college and universities that provide tertiary   education to the youth of Zambia.

 The college staff is highly qualified and widely experienced.  At the moment the Academic staff are twenty (20) and they handle a student population   of four hundred and fifty (450).

The college’s catchment area for its students are mainly rural districts such as Chama in Muchinga  Province,  Lundazi,   Mambwe,   Vubwi, Sinda, Nyimba,  Petauke,  Katete,  Chadiza and Chipata  in Eastern Zambia.

 In view  of the  above  bulletin,  the  college  charges  affordable   college fees that  are the  main  source  of income.  The college in turn has used these funds prudently   to pay salaries for its employees   and other service charges.

The JUBEVA Project

The college  appeals to  its former   students  to assist, in their  small ways, the  college  that  laid the foundation    of the  Profession  they  are in.
The college would   like to have the Internet   Laboratory   for E - Learning and an improved   Science Laboratory.

These areas above  involve  acquiring  apparatus  and equipment   with  latest  technology   that  the college  would  not source on  its own.  The college requires support from its former   students and other well-wishers.
